Program
Program lives in the right panel, sharing a segmented switcher with History (below the Themes list) — an ordered playlist of verses prepared for a service or a sermon outline. Instead of searching for each verse in real time, you gather them ahead and step through them live, in order.
Open the Program panel
Press F7 or ⌘⇧P to switch the right panel to Program (⌘⇧H or F8 switches it back to History). (⌘P alone is reserved for the macOS Print command, so we use ⌘⇧P.)
Add verses
Browse or search to the verse you want, then select it. The selected verse row shows a button — click it to append the verse to the program. Repeat for every verse in your service plan.
Reorder
Drag a program row to move it — the whole row is the handle, so just press and drag it up or down; the row lifts and the others slide to make room. Arrange the verses in the order you'll show them.
Go live
Clicking a program entry loads it into preview. From there, press Show (Return or F9) to send it to the output. The entry that's live — and any duplicate of it in the list — highlights green, so you always know where you are in the plan.
Save and load
From the program's ⋮ menu, Save As writes the program to a JSON file and Load reads one back. Programs can be named and renamed (click the program name, or use Rename), so you can keep a separate file for each service or event.
Mixing translations
Each entry remembers its own translation. A plan can therefore mix translations, and jumping to an entry switches the active translation automatically. Queue one verse in KJV and the next in VDCC — BibleCast changes the translation for you as you reach each one.
Shortcuts
F7 or ⌘⇧P opens the Program panel.
